Learn how to make authentic Portuguese pastéis de nata in this hands-on cooking class in Dallas–Fort Worth. All supplies are included, and you’ll take your freshly baked pastries home. Storage

Pastel de Nata:
Best enjoyed on the same day.

Toucinho do Ceu: Store them in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 2 days.

Serving

Pastel de Nata: Enjoy straight from the packaging, or preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and heat for 5-8 minutes (depending on your oven), or until the pastry is warm and crispy. We recommend avoiding microwaving to maintain the signature flaky texture.
